EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING - 6th Feb 2020 at Old Cranleighans

Happy New Year and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

We hope you are all 'hungry' for the Rugby League season ahead at Elmbridge Eagles, who were voted London Community R.L. Club of the year by its peers in 2019, so we hope that with your support - 2020 will be just as good for the club and better.

All 2019 Club Members are kindly invited to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday February 6^th February 2020, 7.30-9pm @  Old Cranleighan Sports Club, Portsmouth Road, Thames Ditton, KT7 0HB in the main club house (nearest the hockey pitches).

EGM Agenda;

1. The season ahead. To be confirmed at the EGM.
2. An update of the refurbishment project at the Oaken Lane ground.
3. Proposals to delay the Annual General Meeting and any other business connected to that.

Please start spreading the word for attracting new members to the Club! We are also looking for volunteers to come forwards as coaches, match officials, team managers, first aiders, social media assistance, fund raising support or for general help on match days.

We look forward to seeing as many members as possible on the 6^th February!
