We may use images and videos of your child in club communications, on our website, on social media platforms, and in promotional materials, in line with:

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that images, videos, and personal data are used appropriately and responsibly.
We recognise that, for personal, cultural, or safeguarding reasons, parents and guardians may not wish their child’s images, videos, or contact details to be used in this way.
You have the right to withhold or withdraw consent at any time in relation to:
The use of your child’s photographs and videos
Inclusion in club communication groups via Spond and/or WhatsApp
The use of your mobile number for club administration and messaging
Withdrawing consent will not affect your child’s membership or participation in club activities.
If you do not consent to any of the above, please complete our Opt-Out Form and either:
Print and provide a hard copy to Kevin Rudd or Jane Belbin, or
